The great value, how clean it was and the quietness. Also, hosts were very accommodating, picking us up from the harbour and driving our luggage there when we were leaving the island.

The room was clean and the staff was really helpful in giving us tips and suggestions of places to eat etc. The room was cleaned every day and the bathroom had great pressure. Our room was located off the premises but just next door and it was a short walk from the town. At first it looked like a far walk but it was actually quite close and we enjoyed the walk every morning. We didnt use the facilities at the hotel because we would eat and swim at the beach. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up with their van from the port and on the day of our check out we had arranged for our baggage to be brought to us at the port before we leave. That really helped us and we saved alot of time going back and forth. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel. Room was great with a cute balcony and area to dry your clothes after the beach. The pool was also great for a late afternoon swim after the beach!

ice quite place to spend a few day’s in spetses. I had a nice sea view room with balcony, loved the sunrise moments up there. friendly people to assist you. short walk to town.

Everything was amazing! the room the mattress the people and the prices so normal it was a relief considering we were on an island! we were basically eating only there. !

Lovely place to stay for a week in Spetses. The staff were excellent- friendly and helped with any queries we had including hiring a moped. Always plenty of sun beds around the pool and great food for breakfast and lunch. Excellent value for money - Would definitely go back!

We loved everything about Bay's. So friendly and helpful, food was amazing, the rooms where huge and so comfortable, the pool was exceptional and private. I would definitely recommend to others to stay there, and I really want to go back.

What an amazing stay in Spetses. We were picked up at the port by a lovely staff member who also carried our large bags up stairs.
All the staff were so friendly and flexible and made our stay so enjoyable.
We had an upgraded room and allowed a late check out.
The pool was beautifully kept and the guys made an excellent gin and tonic.
They also helped us rent a scooter and took us back to the port.
Perfect stay we would love to stay again.

The Bays is truly top quality value property. Crisp white cotton sheets and towels everyday. The pool area is really well managed and maintained. The bar meals are good value and bacon and eggs are brilliant! The hotel will gladly arrange collection and drop off to the port. We had room 19 a double deluxe in the third floor overlooking the pool Spetses and the sea!

lovely hotel , modern very clean room . Pool area excellent for sunbathing and swimming. Staff are lovely friendly and helpful . Nothing too much trouble . Will recommend it to friends .

Very good value for money, clean and good facilities. The staff were very helpful, we checked out and they kept our luggage and brought it to the port later when we called them so that we didn’t have to carry it around. Very happy, would visit again.

Amazing view, nice pool. A little bit out of town but only 10 minutes or so to walk, but it's also quiet. Large comfortable rooms. Pick up from the port is a bonus.

Very good location, between old and new port, free ride from ferry and back, wonderful pool, good cafe and breakfast, enough shadow in the bar, clean rooms, daily cleaning. After 5 days of moving around the Island, happy that booked this place, no doubt was the sweet spot between many choices for what offering to guests and the location.

Our stay at Bays Hotel was a highlight whilst in Greece. Staff were friendly and super helpful with scooter rental. Coffee and breakfast was great and the pool was a nice treat. great location and great view for the balcony rooms.

Pool was great after a hot day on the beach or walking. Morning coffee was served with really lovely lemon cake. Staff were really friendly. Fresh bed linen and towels every day which was lovely (although not ecofriendly) especially as it was so hot. We were picked up and dropped off at the ferry terminal. Air conditioning in room.

The hotel is in an excellent location, really close to the old harbor with many facilities and shops around the corner. The pool was really an add-on, the beds were extra comfy and the room was really tidy and clean. Staff was super polite and helpful.

We had a great time at Bay's hotel in Spetses. The hotel is located at a key area where you can easily go to the old and new harbour on foot. The rooms were clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was beautiful and it was getting cleaned every night!
Grigoris was a great host and he gave us all the important information about the island at the time we checked in.
Alexis was very polite and he took us and our luggage from the port and drove us back when we departed.
Nektarios and Thodoris at the bar were very kind and always eager to help with advice about the island regarding where to go, where to eat etc.
Iro and Fenia were very nice at serving us by the pool and very helpful, as well. Huge thanks to all the members of the staff for making it such a pleasant stay!

Personnel was very polite especially our driver Alexandros. The room was very cozy with great view, the pool was refreshing and the bar on the pool was a great way to spend your day, if you did not want to visit a nearby beach.

Newly renovated beautiful pool space and bar! What a lovely, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Staff make sure you are taken care of.

We stayed at Bays for 4 nights and it was great! The view from the room was amazing. The room very clean and clean towels daily. The bathroom was small but fine to use. Staff was exceptional and service very good. They even brought our luggage to the port at a predetermined time to save us from having to walk back to get it.

Very clean and spacious accommodation. We had booked the superb twin room with 2 single beds, but we were put in a 2 bedroom accommodation instead. Facilities were very very clean and all the staff extremely kind and helpful.

Staff were super friendly, great location and easy reach to everywhere. I wanted an ATV one day and the staff had one at the hotel within 10 minutes of me asking. The pool is soooo nice, it’s a little hard to want to leave the hotel.

The hotel was amazing! Mr Grigoris and the stuff were very kind and helped us with everything! The room was very clean and the pool was wonderful! The hotel had an amazing view and the center was very close. Really enjoyed it!
